Q: What is a Will Serve Form?
A: The form that must be submitted to receive new service either in a subdivision or on a vacant lot. This is a property that has never had water or sewer service.
Q: Can I email my Will Serve Form?
A: Yes, you can. Remember the fee must be paid before it becomes active. Payments can be made over the phone with accepted credit cards.
Q: Does it cost to pay my bill online at Xpress Bill Pay?
A: There are no fees for customers who pay online.
Q: Why would I have late charges on my bill - I use Xpress Bill Pay Autopay?
A: Your credit card may have expired. Check on XBP to update your new information.
Q: If I pay by check will Xpress Bill Pay still charge my card or account?
A: If the check arrives in our office before the date that you have chosen for your monthly autopay, it will be uploaded to XBP the next morning and if it zero's your account, XBP will not charge anything.
